Manufactured from a proprietary nitrile rubber compound, the FFC new PMA'd replacement fuel cells are available for Piper, Cessna, Beechcraft and DeHavilland aircraft.

Rare and Vintage Aircraft:
In addition to the PMA'd replacement lines, FFC can provide replacement fuel cells for your aircraft. This gives you a source for these products which are, in many cases, no longer supported by the OEM.

FFC fuel cell special features:

Autoclave cured seams (not cemented) provide superior strength and durability.

New nitrile rubber material is very flexible and will not become stiff and brittle.

Nipples are manufactured of flexible nitrile rubber and externally reinforced to prevent clamp damage.

Fuel cell fabric has an integral fuel vapor barrier, eliminating seepage problems.

The FFC new PMA'd nitrile rubber fuel cells are backed by FFC's no hassle five-year unconditional warranty.
